PLATFORMS

Product Design That Respects Manufacturing Reality

For many of our products—especially in bags, accessories, and selected home and pet items—we start with a very specific brief: a problem to solve, a better layout for a bag, a more comfortable leash, a calmer way to store cables. We design not just single items, but systems that work together in real life. Our handbag inserts, for example, are treated as a platform: once they’re in place, straps, organisers, charms, and covers all connect cleanly so the bag becomes both more stylish and more comfortable to use. From there, we work through materials, hardware, and proportions with real manufacturing constraints in mind. Only when the product feels right—and can be made reliably at scale—do we lock the design and move into production with a manufacturer we trust.

  • Collaborative design process: moodboards, sketches, and 3D mock-ups.
  • Clear specifications for materials, finishes, packaging, and labelling.

Global Sourcing Without the Guesswork

Much of what we do depends on the details: the braid on a cable, the stitching on a strap, the finish on a bowl. That’s why we work as close to production as possible—partnering directly with factories and structured local partners in China and other key regions, always choosing the location that’s the best fit for the product. We don’t do this from behind a desk. We spend time on the ground with production teams, reviewing samples, talking through small adjustments, and building long-term human relationships. By avoiding anonymous wholesalers and staying close to the factory floor, we can choose the right materials and constructions for electronics accessories, textiles, hardware, and plastics—and keep those standards consistent from batch to batch.

  • Shortlist of vetted factories matched to your product, category, and volume.
  • Transparent discussions on MOQs, pricing, and lead times.

Sold Where People Already Shop

Once a product is ready, we plug it into our own commerce platform and take it to customers where they already spend their time. In a few hours we can spin up a dedicated brand site, with feeds to search engines and AI assistants, links into social networks, and an integrated inventory that keeps stock and orders in sync. The same system connects to marketplaces like Amazon and Etsy, as well as selected distributors and retailers, so sales across every channel are tracked from a single place and can scale without re-wiring the setup each time. Whether you’re buying a phone stand, a laundry organiser, or a pet harness, the principle is the same: whichever channel you meet us on, you’re buying from a company that has followed the product from first sample at the factory to the moment it arrives at your front door—and built the technology to support its growth along the way.

  • Mapping of channels: direct, wholesale, and marketplace options.
  • Support in structuring pricing, bundles, and launch assortments.
